BioNumerics is the world's leading software for microbial fingerprinting, epidemiology, systematics, genomics and data mining.

BioNumerics software offers a modular platform that can be customized to suite your biological data set. Choose between 5 Application modules and 5 Analysis modules. Each Application module can be combined with any or all Analysis modules. 

The typical minimum configuration is Fingerprint Types + Tree and Network Inference (cluster analysis) modules.
